Position: Sales/BD Manager - Education Industry – Next Waves R&D Center  

Working location: 207A Nguyen Van Thu, Dakao Ward, District 1, HCMC. 

Salary: up to $1,000 

 

ABOUT THE COMPANY 

Next Waves is a R&D Center, which belongs to NGS Corporation, focusing on producing technology products for various industries. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

We’re looking for Business Development / Sales Manager for our product (web platform in vocational education) who will take the main responsibility for developing, approaching and expanding business connection to prospect customers (vocational and skill training centers). Your responsibilities will be: 

  • Acquire and develop new business customers/accounts to achieve KPIs set by BOD. 
  • Develop quarterly and annually strategies and business plans. 
  • Consult Board of Directors on business plans in accordance to market changes. 
  • Participate to develop new potential partnership for product. 
  • Analyze and evaluate the market, competitors to initiate proposals and prepare sales kit for product & services development. 
  • Manage team member by providing guidelines and motivating for best performance. 
  • Assign appropriate KPI to the staff and perform the evaluation according to the Regulation. 
  • Train and develop team. 
  • In charge of price policy and management in line with market fluctuations. 
  • Make business reportsassess, analyze problems and provide solutions to promote business. 
  • Recognize and detect suboptimal points in the activity and product to make suggestions or improvement requests. 
  • Negotiate contracts with partner, customers 

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • >= 4 years of experiences in business development manager/account managefor digital product. Experience in doing B2B/B2C Sales, prioritized for candidates with experience in doing IT projects with both normal users and business users. 
  • Good relationship with channel accounts in IT business. 
  • Intensive knowledge and proven track record in business development. 
  • Ability to develop strategic business plan. 
  • Ability to develop business connections either big corporations or SMEs. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Good command of written and verbal English. 
  • Deep knowledge in vocational education is a big plus.
